Safe and sound

Arrived in Galle yesterday in the ridiculous heat, I totally forgot that bit.
The family we're staying with are lovely, they've two kids, a little girl and a boy. The mother's a teacher at the school we're teaching at and the father is a director at some garment factory. A really friendly family with an amazing house. Just a bit different to last year.
I'd also forgotten how difficult it was to sleep in this heat at first, so I reckon I've still only had about 8 hours sleep in the last few days, hard core!
In true sri lankan fashion we arrived at the school to sort out the schedule for the next few weeks, to be told "ahhh, you can teach today, here you go, here's a class full of children, off you go." Cant go wrong with hangman! Which was actually far too basic for the girls. Their English is amazing, so totally different to the Dharma Chakkra boys last year.
Anyway, this is possibly the most uninteresting blog ever so I've proven I'm going to do it, and I'll leave it there for today.
